Dream it loud!

”Inclusive society”, “social exclusion”, ”youth rights”, these are all words we are very used to hearing, words we nevertheless understand thoroughly, but they are also concepts we are very unaccustomed to actively or efficiently pursuing in our immediate realities. Because of how deep their meaning is, because of the uncountable obstacles that arise on our paths when fighting this battle, whether set by individuals or groups of individuals who are resistant to the changes that are urgently needed to follow.

Inclusion Lab II

Voluntara noastra, Oana, participa saptamana aceasta la un proiect international organizat de Youth Express Network, retea europeana din care facem parte inca din 2009. Tema seminarului este reprezentata de drepturile sociale ale tinerilor iar Oana invata cum sa desfasoare activitati pentru tineri legate de acet subiect si cum sa le faciliteze accesul la aceste drepturi. Trainingul se numeste „Inclusion LAB II” si este a doua etapa din campania Inclusion Express, un proiect desfasurat pe toata periada anului 2015. / Oana, our volunteer is taking part in „Inclusion LAB II”, an international training course on social rights of young people. The project is organised by YEN – Youth Express Network and aims at empowering and enableing young people to facilitate peer-to-peer activities on this topic.

Vizitatori de la Giurgiu la Masardă

În 25 – 26 iunie, Centrul de tineret Mansarda Reşiţa şi-a deschis larg porţile pentru tinerii de la Centrul de tineret Giurgiu care au participat la atelierele şi activităţile pregătite de voluntarii reşiţeni. Mai multe informaţii aici. / Between 25 – 26th of june we hosted at the Mansarda Youth Centre youngsters from Giurgiu, Romania who took part in the nonformal activities prepared by our volunteers.

Schimb de experienta la Sibiu şi Braşov

În perioada 10 – 14 iunie, 24 de tineri  beneficiari ai Centrului de tineret Mansarda au avut ocazia să viziteze centrele de tineret din Sibiu şi Braşov. Mai multe despre proiect aici. / 24 youngsters, beneficiarie of the Mansarda youth centre,  had the chance to visit the youth centres from Sibiu and Braşov, Romania.

1 Iunie – Ziua Copilului

Am sărbătorit anul acesta Ziua Copilului în autobuzul copilăriei şi prin petrecerea pentru copiii cu mai puţine oportunităţi de la Centrul de zi Humanitas ProDeo. / We ecelbrated Children’s day in the Childhood Bus and organising a party for children with fewer opportunities.

1st of June – Childrens’ Day

We celebrated Childrens’ Day this year together with the children in Resita through 2 special events.

The National Volunteering Week 2015

7 volunteering activities, one for each day of the week, 442 direct beneficiaries, 113 volunteers and over 400 hours of volunteering. This was for us the National Volunteering Week, 11 – 17th of may 2015.

Mind the GAP

Roxana, our volunteer’s coordinator, took part in the seminar “Mind the Gap!”, the first activity of Y-E-N Work Plan „INCLUSION EXPRESS” which took place in BRCKO, Bosnia and Herzegovina from the 19th to the 25th of April 2015 gathering 25 participants from 17 countries.
